Deposit

All orders require 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your order date. Orders are not booked until deposit has not been paid.

Payments/Due Dates

The remainder due must be paid in full within 5 days prior to your booked date. Orders not paid by the due date will be considered cancelled and any amount paid will be forfeited. We take Venmo and Zelle payments only. Please email or text about payment arrangements.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, your request must be received in writing within 7 days prior to your booked date to be considered a refund.

Please be courteous when cancelling your order and give us much time in advance as possible. number of orders taken is limited for each date: cancelling within this window allows us to rebook your date.

Orders cancelled after the cancellation window may not be eligible for any refund.

Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable and are not eligible for refunds, even if the order is cancelled within the cancellation window.

Orders cancelled prior to the cancellation cut off date maybe eligible for a refund minus the cost of any of the following items already purchased for your order: special order items, specialty ingredients or materials.

Orders cancelled after the cancellation window may not be eligible for any refund and will be considered on a case to case basis.

Liability Release

Due to the delicate nature of our product we are not liable for any damages caused once the product has left our possession.

We take any measure to supply you with a stable product but cannot guarantee structural integrity during transport.

Please always handle your cake with great care: transport and display on flat, well supported surfaces only and do not leave in temperatures above 70 degrees F for extended periods of time.

Refunds due to negligence will not be issued.
